Partially decomposed body found in Ojai

OJAI, Calif. (KABC) -- The partially decomposed body of a man was found in Ojai Wednesday night, authorities said.

Ventura County sheriff's deputies responded to reports of remains found on South Montgomery Street and Buckboard Lane.

It was unclear for how long the remains had been there. Authorities were unable to determine a cause of death.

No further information was immediately released. The investigation was ongoing.
