Pedestrian struck, killed on 215 South in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KABC) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed on the southbound 215 Freeway in San Bernardino Monday morning. The incident caused multiple lane closures, but all lanes have sine reopened.

The crash occurred near the Mill Street exit at approximately 5:30 a.m. Authorities said the victim was seen walking along the slow lane on the southbound side of the freeway when he was struck by several vehicles. He died at the scene.

The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
