Victor Thompson, 46, was busted for posession of a synthetic marijuana in St. Petersburg this past September. Thompson has a New England Patriots logo tattooed onto his head.
Thompson's tattoo includes a Patriots logo on his left and right sides, and an image of the Lombardi trophy on the top of his head.
Thompson had the tattoo made shortly before Superbowl XLII when the Patriots lost to the New York Giants. The Patriots had an undefeated season heading into that game.
Thompson stated he moved to St. Petersburg, Florida shortly three weeks before his arrest.
Thompson's tattoo also contains replica signatures from current and former notable Patriots players, including Rob Gronkowsi and Randy Moss.
