EAST HARLEM, NEW YORK CITY -- Police were forced to use a Taser on a naked knife-wielding man in East Harlem Thursday, and the incident was caught on camera.

Authorities received reports of an emotionally-disturbed man with a knife and no clothes inside the Martin Luther King, Jr., playground on 111th Street and Lenox Avenue around 3 p.m.
