Pregnant woman, 19, missing in Inland Empire
Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a 19-year-old pregnant woman from Twentynine Palms.

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. (KABC) -- A 19-year-old pregnant woman has been reported missing, and authorities say there are suspicious circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

Erin Corwin was last seen leaving her home in Twentynine Palms around 7 a.m. Saturday. She was on her way to Joshua Tree National Forest.

Her husband reported her missing on Sunday, and the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department began an extensive search by air and on the ground. Homicide detectives were called to assist in the investigation, though the sheriff's department did not elaborate.

Officials said Wednesday that Corwin's blue 2013 Toyota Corolla was found in Twentynine Palms on Monday.

Corwin is three months pregnant. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has no history of medical or psychological issues.
