San Jacinto parks reopen after months-long closure

SAN JACINTO, Calif. (KABC) -- Three parks in the city of San Jacinto reopened Wednesday after a months-long closure caused by financial troubles.

The city has found a way to keep the parks open, which is a delight and relief to many of the city's residents.
