Super Scooper fills up at Santa Fe Dam as swimmers watch

IRWINDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Incredible video caught a Super Scooper firefighting aircraft filling up at the Santa Fe Dam in Irwindale on Sunday, as swimmers looked on.

The Quebec 1 flew lower and lower toward the recreation area, which was packed with people swimming in the water.

The plane skimmed the surface, picking up water before lifting off back into the air to fight Lincoln Fire in Montebello.
