REDLANDS, Calif. (KABC) -- A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of setting three fires at Redlands High School and a neighboring district bus yard and burglarizing a classroom and church.

Robert Aaron Trujillo was arrested Wednesday evening at a home in the 3000 block of Mill Creek Road in Mentone.

Forensic evidence at the burglary and vandalism of the Church of the Nazarene in the 1300 block of East Citrus Avenue on Wednesday linked Trujillo to the fires set earlier in the day.

Police found stolen property from the school left during the burglary of the church. Police also found stolen property from the church when they arrested Trujillo.

Early Wednesday morning, firefighters responded to flames coming from the Redlands Unified School District's bus yard. At the same time, flames broke out at a portable classroom at Redlands High School. Those fires were quickly put out.

No students were on campus as the school was on spring break.

Trujillo attended Redlands district schools and graduated in 2011. He did not attend Redlands High School.

Police believe Trujillo also stole a brown box containing four packages of cheese and was pushing a wheelchair after burglarizing the church.
