GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was found fatally stabbed inside the Volcano Tea House in Garden Grove Friday morning, and another man was detained for questioning.

Garden Grove police officers were called to the location at 10130 Garden Grove Boulevard at 11:01 a.m. Officers found a dead man inside with multiple stab wounds.

Officers detained another man, identified as Anaheim resident Robert Gabriel Rodgers, 20, inside the location for questioning.

Police said a female employee arrived at the business and saw a man standing inside the front of the business. He indicated for her to be quiet and to come inside, according to police.

The employee did not recognize the man, and she stepped back to try to lock the man inside the restaurant. A man from a next-door business came over and helped her lock the door. The female then called police.

Responding officers found two subjects inside the restaurant: Rodgers, and the deceased male in the back near a cooler. Rodgers was detained without incident.

The victim was later identified as Ceaser Ramirez-Rafael, who regularly cleaned the restaurant before it opened.

The incident was under investigation.
