ALHAMBRA, Calif. (KABC) -- A suspect in a hit-and-run crash in Alhambra that left a 3-year-old in serious condition and others injured has been identified and booked for DUI.

Abundio Flores-Ramon, 21, was booked on one count of felony DUI and one count of felony hit-and-run, according to a post on the Alhambra police Facebook page.

Shortly before 9 p.m. at 4th and Main streets Friday night, a mother and her child were about halfway through a crosswalk when they were hit by a Honda Civic allegedly driven by Flores-Ramon, according to Alhambra police.

The El Monte resident then kept driving down Main Street and crashed into two cars a few blocks away, police said.

Police said the toddler was in serious but stable condition. Four others, including Flores-Ramon, were transported to hospitals with minor injuries.

Bail for Flores-Ramon was set at $100,000. He was expected to make his first court appearance on Aug. 10.
