USC medical student, 26, reported missing

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The LAPD and the USC Department of Public Safety is asking for the public's help to locate a 26-year-old missing USC medical student.

Derek Adam Seehausen was last seen in the 400 block of West Glenoaks Boulevard in Glendale around 6 a.m. Tuesday. The 26-year-old, who lives in the Westlake area, has not been attending classes.

His family is extremely concerned for his welfare. Police have reason to believe he may be suicidal.

Seehausen is described as a male standing around 6 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a light-colored T-shirt and blue jeans.
