VIDEO: Chase suspect crashes into CHP SUV, passenger flees

PALMDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- A reckless driver spun out during a high-speed chase and ended up crashing the back of the truck into a CHP SUV in Palmdale Monday night.

The driver then went into a residential area where a passenger jumped out and fled the scene.
