Annie Tinsley from Britain was hiking with friends below Mount Everest's base camp when Saturday's quake caused an avalanche. The terrifying moments were caught on video.

Tinsley was using her GoPro camera at the time.

"Oh my God, what do we do?" one person asked.

The group headed away from the avalanche, but they were quickly pelted.

"Stay down, stay down," someone instructed the hikers.

Tinsley continued filming as she was engulfed in the avalanche, her camera covered. While no one in Tinsley's group was seriously injured, at least 18 people were killed in the avalanche, and more than 6,200 others have died in the earthquake that triggered the avalanche.
