RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KABC) -- Riverside police released surveillance footage of two men suspected of murdering a homeless wheelchair-bound amputee back in August.

At 4:35 a.m. on Aug. 3, police received a call about a man's body found outside of a barber shop in a business complex in the 3300 block of Iowa Avenue. Patrol officers and medical personnel responded to the call and found 59-year-old Edward "St. Louis" Dickerson, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Autopsy reports showed Dickerson had been beaten and stabbed to death.

A surveillance camera from the inside of the barber shop shows a man being attacked in front of the shop. Two figures are shown repeatedly kicking, punching and stabbing a man for about 30 minutes.

Authorities believe Dickerson was assaulted by two men who are either white or Hispanic between the ages of 25 to 30 years old. Detectives are looking for witnesses who may have been in the area between midnight and 4:30 a.m.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Mike Medici at (951) 353-7104 or Detective Adrian Tillett at (951) 353-7105.
