Video shows Texas driver swerve, hit passing motorcycle

GRANBURY, Texas (KABC) -- A couple was injured while riding a motorcycle in north Texas when a car suddenly swerved and hit them.

The incident was caught on video by another motorcyclist's helmet camera.

Eric Sanders was trying to pass a slow group of cars when one of the vehicles swerved into his lane, hitting his motorcycle and throwing him and his girlfriend off.

Both Sanders and his girlfriend are recovering from their injuries.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is now investigating whether the driver intentionally crashed into Sanders.
