VIDEO: Suspects rob 73-year-old man in Santa Ana

SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- Santa Ana police are searching for two men who allegedly punched and robbed a 73-year-old man outside of his apartment complex Wednesday night.

The two men approached Isidoro Ponce at about 7:30 p.m. and asked him to borrow his phone. When he said no, one of the two men attacked him.

Ponce and the suspect exchanged punches. The two men then fled the scene with Ponce's gold chain worth about $1,500.

The victim says he hurt his wrist and aggravated a shoulder injury during the incident.
