If you love cats, this is the video you never knew you wanted. Celebrity cats Lil' Bub, Nala Cat, Hamilton the Hipster Cat and more talking about saving even bigger cats? See for yourself.

Greenpeace found the perfect way to help the internet mark the occasion: promote about tiger endangerment using your favorite friendly internet cats. International Tiger Day is an event organized by animal welfare groups to promote tiger conservation. According to the video, there are only 3,000 tigers left in the world.

Tigers are currently an endangered species, with their population decline mostly attributed to fur poaching and habitat destruction. In the early 20th century, more than 100,000 tigers were estimated to be living the wild, and the highest estimated reports of today's tigers estimate to still be below 4,000 outside of captivity. Despite major conversation efforts in the past few decades, most notably by India, poachers continue cross into forbidden tiger reservations and devastate the population.
