21 new homes under construction in Gardena

GARDENA, Calif. -- Gardena residents are getting some new neighbors.
Twenty-one new homes are under construction near 168th Street and Normandie Avenue. They will be single-family detached homes.
The two and three-story homes will be built on a long, vacant lot.
Each will feature four and five-bedroom layouts ranging from 2,257 and 2,664 square feet. They will have many energy-efficient features, including solar panels.
