Local developer offers net-zero energy homes in Fontana

FONTANA, Calif. (KABC) -- Buying a home designed for net-zero energy efficiency can add thousands of dollars to the price tag. Now, a local developer is taking a different approach, building entry level homes with no charge for the energy saving extras.
