If you ever dreamt of owning your own island paradise, you might be able to bargain down the price of this $24,500,000 oasis because the owners say they are considering any offers they get.

The owners of Little Bokeelia Island, a 104-acre island south of the Tampa Bay, FL are looking for an immediate sale of their luxury home, meaning all offers are being considered. They don't even have a minimum figure requested!

A representative from the agency leading the sale, Michael Saunders & Company, told ABC News that the owners have developed and enjoyed the 104-acre island for 26 years, but are looking to immediately sell it so they can focus on a Christian ministry they work with.

The private getaway comes complete with a four-bedroom villa, a three-bedroom guest wing and enough land to build 28 additional home sites for all those you want to invite to your paradise.

The owners said they are serious about considering all offers, despite the fact that the island is currently listed at $24,500,000. A $100,000 security deposit will get you a personal tour and lunch at the paradise, and all offers will be considered until April 30.
