23rd annual Torrance City Yard Open House

TORRANCE, Calif. -- Torrance swung open the gates to its massive city yard. It was for the 23rd annual Torrance City Yard Open House.
The popular family-friendly event allows residents to get up close and personal with the vehicles that make the city run.
This year, attendees were treated also to a classic car show.
The free event had demonstrations on disaster preparedness, including CPR training, as well as an environmental fair, teaching ways to conserve energy.
