Labor Day: Thousands hit SoCal beaches, bid farewell to summer

PLAYA DEL REY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Thousands of people hit the beaches across Southern California for Labor Day. It was the last hurrah marking the unofficial end to summer.
