Exploring L.A. through a Latino lens. Vista L.A.'s Patricia Lopez investigates the bodacious berry just in time for all the strawberry festivals, and discovers a spot in Venice known as a Cali-Mex smokehouse. Our Danny Romero takes us out for gluten-free tacos. Patricia also hits up one of the best-kept secrets in L.A. known as First Fridays at the Natural History Museum. And last, we are workin' off all those calories with Jovana Lara and kids from King Magnet High School who get to work out with a well-known trainer every week!

A Taste of the California Strawberry Festival
The annual California Strawberry Festival is a source of pride for Ventura County and the Oxnard community. Before this year's festival on May 16 & 17, Vista LA's Patricia Lopez chatted with some of the creative geniuses behind the big event.

Cali-Mex is Smokin' Hot
Classic cars and stacks of wood are all visual signs that what's happening on the inside of "Clutch" in Venice must be good! So our Patricia Lopez had to stop by to check out this new Cali-Mex smokehouse by L.A. restaurant veteran Oscar Hermosillo. She had their grilled oysters appetizer and a black cod plate - she confirmed - so worth stopping by this place!

Gluten-Free Tacos
Vista L.A.'s Danny Romero has celiac disease so he eats a gluten-free diet and he's always looking for places that meet his nutritional needs. One of his favorite spots to eat is Hugo's Tacos in Studio City, which is a 90 percent gluten-free taco stand.
