Woodland Hills man trying to get on Chargers team

COSTA MESA, Calif. (KABC) -- A former Taft High School football player is trying to make the Los Angeles Chargers team.

Mike Bercovici is trying to win a backup quarterback job with the team. The 24-year-old says the first NFL game he ever went to was the Chargers versus the Raiders in San Diego.

He grew up a college football fan idolizing USC and UCLA.
