Anti-bullying smartphone apps help kids and parents fight back
Anti-bullying smartphone apps helps students and parents report problems for kids going back to school.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- New smartphone apps help build a line of communication for kids and parents dealing with school bullying issues.

SPRIGEO

The Sprigeo app lets students at participating schools report bullying anonymously directly to the school principal.

KNOW BULLYING

The KnowBullying app has conversation starters, other resources and advice if your child is a victim or a bully.

MOBICEP

Mobicip is a well-known app that lets parents create a secure internet that filters out content based on age.

According to the Pacer Center, an anti-bullying organization, roughly 25 percent of kids and teens report being bullied every year.
