Valencia brush fire burns 20 acres

VALENCIA (KABC) -- A brush fire burned through about 20 acres in Valencia but firefighters said they were getting a good handle on the flames.

The fire was burning near Henry Mayo Drive and Commerce Center Way, west of Six Flags Magic Mountain.

It was first reported at 5:30 p.m. The blaze was about 75 percent contained by 6:45 p.m., firefighters said.

No injuries or structural damage were reported.
