Boy sweeps thousands of cicadas off his family's porch

If bugs make you queasy, then take a second and look away, because this cicada video is something else.

On June 3, Richelle Smart shared video of a massive cicada swarm that invaded her porch in Mansfield, Ohio. Her 7-year-old son Dillon took a broom and started sweeping up piles of the bugs into a brown paper bag.

The cicada swarm isn't without explanation, though. A 17-year cicada cycle is coming to an end in Ohio, where the bugs are now emerging to shed their exoskeletons.
