El Nino on its way, could end California drought

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Scientists say El Nino is on its way back, and it could end one of the worst droughts in the history of California.
El Nino brought torrential rain, flooding, beach erosion and mudslides to Southern California in 1997 and 1998.
