Big rig crashes through center divider on 10 Freeway in Mid-City

MID-CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A big rig crash snarled traffic on both sides of the 10 Freeway in the Mid-City area Friday morning at La Brea Avenue.

The big rig crashed through the center divider around 6 a.m., and lanes on both sides of the freeway were shut down.

According to the California Highway Patrol, three eastbound lanes reopened just before 8 a.m., and all but one westbound lane were open.

All lanes were reopened shortly before 11 a.m.
