MURRIETA, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was arrested in Murrieta for the second time after he made a threat toward police on Facebook.
Investigators said Nicholas Diehl, 26, posted on the social networking site that he was going to shoot the officers responsible for his arrest over a domestic dispute Sunday.
The threat happened shortly after his release from jail over the weekend.
Detectives determined the post rose to the level of a criminal act, and Diehl now faces charges of making a criminal threat toward police.
