Consumer Reports finds best insurance rates for teen drivers

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Consumer Reports researched how high insurance rates go when teenage drivers are added to the policy and found ways for parents to save.

Parents should ask insurers about any discounts their teen driver may qualify for such as a good-student discount.
