48-year-old man fatally shot in East Los Angeles

EAST LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway in East Los Angeles after a 48-year-old man was fatally shot Monday night, sheriff's deputies said.

The shooting was reported in the 100 block of S. Bonnie Beach Place at about 10 p.m. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further details were immediately released.
