BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) -- Burbank police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who allegedly squeezed a 12-year-old girl's buttocks as she shopped with her mother at Target earlier this month.

The incident took place at the retail store in the 1800 block of W. Empire Avenue at about 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 13, Burbank police Sgt. Claudio Losacco said.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic man in his late 20s with a thin build, black hair and some facial hair. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, jeans and shoes with red shoelaces.

Anyone with information on the suspect's whereabouts was asked to call Burbank police Sgt. Stephen Turner at (818) 238-3257.
