Man accused of arson in San Bernardino mobile home fire

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KABC) -- A man has been arrested on suspicion of committing arson in connection with a fire at a mobile home in San Bernardino that left four cats dead, authorities said.

Firefighters responded to the Country Club Mobile Park in the 200 block of S. Sierra Way at about 1:15 a.m. and found a mobile home fully engulfed in flames.

It took crews about 30 minutes to knock down the blaze.

The homeowner made it out safely but his four cats died in the fire. No further details were immediately released.
