2 toddlers seriously injured in Sun Valley crash

SUN VALLEY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A family of four, including two toddlers, were in serious condition after a two-car crash in Sun Valley Saturday morning.

Los Angeles firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene in the 10500 block of Glenoaks Boulevard at about 9:15 a.m., according to Margaret Stewart of the LAFD.

A total of five patients were involved in the collision. The family of four was in one vehicle, and the patient from the second vehicle did not want to be transported to a hospital, officials said.

It was not yet clear whether drugs or alcohol were involved as police investigated the crash.
