Mission Viejo student predicted 2016 Cubs World Series win in 1993 high school yearbook

CHICAGO -- It seems a high school student in Orange County back in 1993 may have predicted the Chicago Cubs' success in 2016.

Former classmate Marcos Meza posted a video to Facebook as proof of the 1993 prediction in the Mission Viejo High School yearbook.

In the video, Meza displayed the cover and spine of the yearbook, then flipped to a page with classmate Mike Lee's picture.

Under Mike Lee's picture was the quote, "Chicago Cubs 2016 World Champions. You heard it here first."

Mike Lee and his brother David Lee currently live in Chicago, Meza said.

"Way to call it Mike," Meza said in the video. "You heard it here second. Mike called it first."
