RIALTO, Calif. (KABC) -- Authorities arrested a suspect connected to a shooting that left three known gang members wounded in Rialto.

Authorities said the incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. in front of a liquor store in the 400 block of W. Baseline Avenue. The liquor store is right across the street from Eisenhower High School, which was placed on a brief lockdown along with Dunn Elementary School.

Three men, who are all known gang members, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting, police said. They were identified as 30-year-old Jonathon Lloyd Humphrey, 28-year-old Ronald Stewart and 20-year-old Giovanni Patterson.

Humphrey suffered a gunshot wound to the head, while Stewart and Patterson were shot in the abdomen, police said. The trio were taken into surgery.

Authorities said they were looking for a male juvenile in connection to the shooting, but it was unclear if the person arrested was a juvenile.

The investigation was ongoing.
