Riverside triple shooting leaves 2 dead; suspects sought

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KABC) -- Police are searching for two suspects in connection to a deadly triple shooting in Riverside Friday night.

Riverside police said the incident happened about 9:30 p.m. at the corner of 7th Street and Kansas Avenue.

Authorities said a vehicle drove up near where the three victims were walking. Two suspects were seen getting out of the vehicle, shooting the pedestrians and fleeing.

One of the victims died at the scene, while a second died at the hospital. The third victim remained in stable condition as of Saturday afternoon.

It was not clear whether the shooting was gang-related.
