Mother, adult son found dead in Baldwin Park
Homicide detectives are investigating the deaths of a mother and her adult son in Baldwin Park on Tuesday.

BALDWIN PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- Homicide detectives are investigating the deaths of a mother and her adult son in Baldwin Park on Tuesday.

The two victims were found dead at a home on Kenmore Avenue at Ramona Boulevard around 5:23 a.m., authorities said. The victims' identities were not immediately known.

While paramedics responded to the home and treated the man in his 50s, the body of the woman in her 70s was also discovered. They were both found in bedrooms upstairs.

There was no word on any arrests.

"At this moment we are not looking for any suspects, but we are still trying to gather as much information as possible," Sgt. Michael Rodriguez said. "We're not ruling anything out."

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is leading the investigation with the Baldwin Park Police Department assisting.

Sheriff's officials were awaiting a search warrant to continue their investigation inside the home.
