BOYLE HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- All lanes of the 5 Freeway have reopened at Cesar Chavez Avenue in Boyle Heights after they were closed due to police activity Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The full closure was reported shortly before 9 a.m. All lanes of the 5 Freeway were reopened in the area at about 9:15 a.m., CHP said.
No further details were immediately released.
