Texas DWI suspect wears 'I do dumb things' T-shirt in mugshot

TEMPLE, Texas -- It's a serious charge, but a suspect's mugshot had lawmen laughing, reports KBTX in Bryan-College Station.

Luciano Gutierrez was arrested Thursday and charged with his ninth DWI, reports KBTX. The T-shirt he was wearing when he took his mug shot read, "Warning: I do dumb things."

Because of the number of drunk driving offenses, this latest one was filed as a felony.

Gutierrez's bond was set at $25,000.
