LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Uber and Goodwill are teaming up Saturday to make spring cleaning easy.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., those interested in donating bags of clothing can request a free pick-up by hitting the 'Give' button in the Uber app.

Los Angeles is among more than 50 cities in the U.S. where the promotion is being offered.

Clothing must be bagged and delivered to the driver's car, as drivers aren't allowed to leave their vehicles unattended.

Donors should receive an email with a receipt for tax purposes in about a week.
