Child injured by shattered glass after shots fired at minivan

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A child was injured from shattered glass after a group of suspects opened fire on a minivan in Los Angeles.

The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday on Berendo Avenue and 115th Place.

Police said two adults and two children were in the vehicle.

No one was hit by the bullets, but one of the children was struck by shattered glass.

That child is expected to be OK.

Three people were arrested in connection to the shooting. A motive was not immediately known.
