ANAHEIM HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- One person is dead and several more are injured, one critically, after a collision that ejected the passengers from a vehicle on the 91 Freeway in Anaheim Hills.
An SUV carrying five passengers in addition to the driver rolled over several times after sharply veering off the eastbound 91 Freeway.
One woman who was transported to a local hospital after the crash has since died. A second female was listed in critical condition, according to authorities.
The other passengers along with the driver were transported with moderate to severe injuries. All of the victims ranged in age from 50-60, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Multiple lanes of the eastbound 91 Freeway near Imperial Highway in the Anaheim Hills area were shut down and have since reopened.
