WESTMONT, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A man died after being shot in his car in Westmont Wednesday night.
The shooting happened around 7 p.m. at Imperial Highway and Western Avenue. A witness said the windows were blown out and paramedics tried resuscitating the victim.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It was unclear what led to the shooting.
