Security guard kills burglary suspect outside Anaheim pot clinic

ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) -- Authorities say a security guard shot and killed a burglary suspect outside a medical marijuana facility in Anaheim Sunday.

The shooting happened in the 200 block of North Wilshire Avenue around 6 a.m. Police say the security guard spotted the suspect trying to climb a fence and confronted him.

A fight ended with the security guard fatally shooting the man, identified as 20-year-old Jee Sun Yoo. Anaheim police say Yoo was armed with a weapon, but would not say what the weapon was.

The shooting remains under investigation. The security guard was not arrested.
