Healthy behavior can prolong life 14 years

Four healthy lifestyle behaviors could prolong your life by as much as 14 years. That's according to a new British study.Researchers studied some 20,000 people over a decade. They concluded that not smoking, physical activity, moderate alcohol consumption, and eating five servings of fruit or vegetables a day can add an average of 14 years to your lifespan.
