90 minute daytime nap can boost memory

(KABC) A 90-minute daytime snooze is best, say researchers at the University of Haifa in Israel. The study, published in the journal Nature Neuroscience, finds that naps seem to especially help those who are learning more than one skill a day.

Brain researchers followed two groups of people. One group was allowed to snooze after learning a task. The other was not. The snoozers performed better at their tasks.
