A serial burglar has been breaking into homes. Last week, Pasadena police released surveillance video of the suspect.

PASADENA (KABC) Police have arrested a man found prowling in Southeast Pasadena. They're now trying to determine if he's the same suspect who has been hitting homes in the area.
