'Superbug' threatens gay communities

(KABC) They say the drug-resistant form of staph bacteria is showing up in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Boston. Sexually active men in the Bay Area are said to be 13 times more likely to become infected than heterosexuals.

The superbug can only be treated with expensive intravenous antibiotics.
